Led by Tammy and her team of compassionate, qualified support workers, On Country Care provides culturally safe, trauma-informed and practical support for families navigating complex systems, child protection involvement and challenging life circumstances.

Director & Founder
Tammy Davis is the heart behind On Country Care.
Tammy understands how hard it can be for families to navigate the child protection system, because she has lived experience of her own. After overcoming addiction and being clean and sober for 20 years, Tammy has dedicated her work to supporting families with compassion, honesty and understanding.
Her goal is simple but powerful: to help keep children safely with their families wherever possible, while making sure families receive the support, guidance and practical help they need.
Over the years, Tammy has built strong relationships with both families and agencies, including Department of Communities and Justice , allowing her to provide personalised support that meets families where they are
